| GENERAL DESCRIPTION |
TAKE OFF INTO THE TERRAIN: Haven’t you always wanted to experience the old Hoesch area at night?
On the evening of Friday, November 5, 2010, at 18:00, you will get the opportunity to do just that. That’s when the starter’s gun goes off to send runners on their way to the PETZL NIGHT ON TRAIL, a run that everybody can take part in no matter how old or what level of fitness. Equipped with a headlamp you will go on a five kilometer long course around the Phoenix-West area across all sorts of terrain. |

For those who don’t yet own a headlamp, PETZL offers a limited number of headlamps for rent. They can be obtained at the PETZL booth on the Expo area for a small refundable deposit fee. Remember: the early bird catches the worm! |

| The Expo will be open from 12:00, and at 15:00, the PHOENIX-SPRINT of the WINDSTOPPER® TRAILRUN WORLDMASTERS starts, a run you definitely shouldn’t miss. |

| AWARDS CEREMONY |
The awards ceremony takes place on Friday, November 5, 2010, right after the main awards ceremony on the main stage of the Phoenix Hall (starting about 19:30).
The awards ceremony in a given category can only take place if at least 20 people participate in that category (team ranking: 20 teams). Of course, participants will be ranked according to the category they have chosen. |

| STARTING FORMATION |
| 15 minutes prior to the official start time. Participants start individually. |

TIMING
Each participant receives a start number tag with an integrated transponder chip that is used for timing. At the start and finish these chips are scanned and its data is recorded.
ATTENTION: €50 for the transponder chip have to be deposited at the accreditation office! The deposit will be refunded after the race when you return the transponder chip! |

FOOD AND BEVERAGES
There will be plenty of food and beverages at the finish. |

At the finish area you will find the large Expo with our sponsors and partners, where new products and innovations from the world of trail running will be showcased. |

A result list will be put up as soon as possible in the finish area. |
