WINDSTOPPER® TRAILRUN WORLDMASTERS
From November 5 through 7, 2010, the second "WINDSTOPPER® TRAILRUN WORLDMASTERS“ will take place in Dortmund. On three days, athletes will have to run three challenging stages of varying distances. The fastest of them can look forward to prize money of €20,000. Initiator and organizer of this extraordinary event is PLAN B, who also very successfully organize the GORE-TEX® Transalpine-Run taking place for the sixth time this year. Title sponsor is W.L. Gore & Associates with their Windstopper® brand.
This run starts on Friday, November 5th 2010 at 18:00 and allows runners of all ages and fitness levels to participate. Equipped with a headlamp, participants go on a 5 kilometer course through the terrain around Phoenix West.

BMW SCHOOLS ON TRAIL - Fun and action for all students
BMW SCHOOLS ON TRAIL, taking place for the first time this year, enables 1st to 13th grade students from Dortmund and its surrounding cities to try themselves out in trail running on Saturday morning and run on parts of Friday’s course of the pros. The start of the BMW SCHOOLS ON TRAIL is on Saturday, November 6, 2010, at 11:30.
